6 Months In- First Blog Post!

Hi all :)

Well I made it to the 6 month mark in WA and I thought it was about time I wrote my first blog post here inside WA lol!

Who am I?

I’m just a guy from ‘down under’ that loves online business and marketing.

I've never been a big fan of the 9-5 grind so a while back I began searching for a way to build an online business. I wanted to do something I really enjoyed or was even passionate about.

Turns out my ideal business was affiliate marketing and WA was the platform to get me there.

First Impressions

I remember when I first joined WA it felt like I’d finally found something real on the net after all these years and people were actually helping me get started without just trying to sell me stuff!

I was actually quite taken back by this and it had a profound impact on me. That was WAY different from what I’d experienced up to that point.

After a several days of being here I knew I’d found something legit and something I was genuinely interested in, which for me was the biggest challenge I had to overcome in achieving my goals.

I’ve never been afraid of hard work or learning new things so if that’s all it took…I was all in!

My Experience So Far

My time here so far has taught me a lot of things but one of the biggest is the fact that you can create a lot of success online by doing one simple thing…

Giving people value!

In other words, you don’t need to become some super ‘guru’ with special skills, buy the most expensive programs or learn some ‘secret trick’ that no one knows about lol!

Just going through the training right here and building a website to deliver value to a group of people is what it’s all about.

WA has delivered a ton of value to me personally since I joined 6 months ago and has shown me (and continues showing me) how to take full advantage of the massive potential that exists online. The more I commit to this the more I come to understand just how massive that potential really is.

6 Month Snapshot

I’ve been seeing some pretty cool results so far and each time I reach a new milestone it re-enforces how real this whole thing is.

In other words… I’m actually freaking doing this!

Some of the highlights from my journey so far:

• Learned a lot about online business and built my first ever website

• Made my very first sale on Amazon in my 3rd month ($1.17) with more following

• Got a bunch of my content ranking with over 1000 unique visitors p/m

• Introduced some starter members to WA and made some premium sales- I seem to be getting new referrals every day now which is pretty cool

• Met some really cool people and even helped a few folks with questions they had

Going from total newbie to actually getting a steady flow of traffic and making my first ever sales has been a very cool achievement in itself for me personally.

But that’s not the most exciting thing that's happened. Not by a long shot!

What is?

According to WA I've reached ‘Awesome Status’

They’ve been telling me I 'need improvement' or I'm just plain old ‘good’ the whole time I've been here! What's with that?

How did I get to 'awesome' status? Persistence.

The reason I’m telling you this…

You too can achieve awesome status!

Ok ok... enough shenanigans :)

I guess I'm sharing this to encourage people who are just getting into this. You may not start out making huge amounts of money but that's ok. Success comes with time and persistence. If you’re just starting out don’t worry so much about the money you’re making right now.

Focus on how far you have come and where you are heading. Focus on your individual rate of improvement. If you can keep your mind focussed on the road ahead and take consistent action, you will absolutely succeed at this.

I worked my butt off in the first 3 months and saw very little traffic and sales, but now my results are starting to snowball- just like Kyle said they would after many annoying pm’s I sent asking for his help lol!

This is only the beginning for me but I hope my journey so far will encourage those just getting started to keep pushing forward. Cheers!
