I am fond of graphics because I believe on the saying that "A picture is worth a thousand words". Also, by profession, I'm a graphic artist and my Photoshop knowledge helps me

the best way is to take photos on your phone... Google loves unique images and can tell when you are just using google / creative common style images..

Did you knw that images have more SEO power, other than just setting the alt text?

And if your image is unique and keyword optimized, it will also rank in google searches... if you have a strong call to action on your image then this itself can drive traffic

Thanks for the info. This is great to know and I will look forward on creating my own graphics from now on.

Yep, you can add images from Google search, but not all of them. In order to find out which image are free to use, you can first of all search the terms you want to search in Google and after that click the setting icon on the right hand side of Google page and then after that click "Advance Search" on the drop down menu. After that you will be directed to the page where you can filter your search in various ways. There, at last caption, you will find "usage rights", in that, select the option as "free to use or share, even commercially" if you are just going to use the pictures for your website content. However, if you want to edit those pictures, then you should choose "free to use, share or modify, even commercially" option. Once you activate it, you will find only those pictures which you are free to use.
Good Luck!

Thank you very much for this very useful advise!

It's my pleasure. After all you are my referral and it's my duty to help you here. So, always feel free to ask me if you need any help from my side.

Nice to know Deraj! :) thank you so much!

You are welcome :)

You can also get free images from Pixabay.

I pretty much use Pixabay for all of my images now :-)

Have a look at this to find some free images you can use:

Thanks john for sharing this! big help indeed!

Glad to help :-)

Just be careful placing a link to your site on here - it could be viewed as spam and you may lose your writing privileges. Please read this:

Hi Jude! thanks for reminding. This is also a part of my task 2 on affiliate bootcamp course tackled by Kyle. So, maybe this might be an exemption.

Hi, I'm sorry I don't see anything in that training that says you can post the URL of your site, or a post from your site here?

Actually I was bit confused on that task. "Task 2: Create ONE Question here at WA (link to it from your site)". So, I take Kyle's link as his sample from this task. I hope I got him correctly, did I?

Hi there. I think you are looking at it the wrong way around. 'Link to it FROM your site' means you can put a link on your site to direct to WA, not the other way around. Hope that's a little clearer as the rules on spam are quite strict. Please take this in the way intended - I am trying to help :)

Whooops...I see, thanks for sharing it to me Jude!

Hi Ces, The short answer is no.
I use Canva to do all my graphics, they have a huge selections of photos, some free but others for only $1. Being a graphic artists you would do way better than what I can do.
I also use powerpoint with with an addin called PresenterMedia which offers lots of clipart and animated graphic. It is not free but reasonble priced. I use this with Camtasia to produce instructional videos. Hope this helps
Love your site. Cheers Kev

thank you Kev for these information. I will try your suggestions so my site will be free from any copyright troubles from using images from google.

If you didn't create the image yourself then it belongs to someone else. The exceptions are copyright free images. These should help you find images you can safely use:

Thanks Marion for these insights, it helps a lot! :)

Hi Ces, I love how you've done your webpage, it looks cool. It's ok to use google images as long as it is not subject to copyright. Cheers Kerry

Thanks Kerry, hope I have chosen images that are free from copyright :) anyway, will do my best to use my own images :)
