Hey Thong,

Another issue besides Marion's suggestion, is that featured images that you want too be seen on social media need to be at least 600 x 315 in order to be displayed properly.

Hope you find this helpful.

Hi Triblu :) long time no see and thank you for still remember me.

The featured image I have trouble with is the featured image of my normal post. I have used the same dimension for more than 10 months already.

Suddenly this time...

Then Marion's suggestion would be your answer IF you changed your theme recently.

:) I see. Thank you for helping, Triblu.

Perhaps this is not the correct size for featured images in your theme. Every theme is different. Which theme are you using?

Dear Marion, my current theme is Tourable.

In the past, I tried many dimensions of the featured image before. I found out the dimension of the featured image of the normal post is 400 x 150 pixels.

I have been used that dimension for 100 posts already... The rest is fine...Suddenly this time... I upload failed and I have that issue...

Hmmm... DO you need more information to identify my problem?

Change the file name. Make sure that you only use letters, numbers, spaces, and hyphens. No apostrophes or other special characters.

haha, thank you so much, Marion. I can't believe I step on this mistake again. The file name is the problem. It contains one unusual character. And it involves to English grammar too haha.

My original file name was "XX's having a birthday"-> the short version of the verb "to be" is the problem. After I change it into the normal form "XX is having a birthday", I can upload that photo to my website. Success and optimize the image size too.

Jay, I followed your training (it was very helpful and great ) on rich snippets, but I am getting missing "brand" as well.

Yes its a warning, but I don't want warnings as, no body wants from google "your url has issues".

So after months of going back and forth with the useless tech here at WA forum support which always gave pushback and no solutions, always refers back to see developers etc (even though they are suppose to provide plugin support).

Here is the solution:
Scroll down to Product Review Extra Settings > Click on "Review Type" > Expand this list & fill in the appropriate setting.

Then go back to GSC > click on i.e. Products on left side, then click "Validate"

Hope this helps

Hi Thong,

Funny as someone JUST PM'd me about this.

Those warnings are false positives which are merely letting you know that those elements are not within the rich snippets. They don't HAVE to be there.

You can ignore them and move forward.
You're good to go!

Regards,
Jay

O.O oh` okay so I am not alone with this issue. Thank you for leaving your answer, Jay.

Thank you for your Summer hot seat application too. Even my application wasn't chosen, I think I have some clues for improvement right inside your survey application.

I arrange my time for watching your replay webinar "hot seat summer 2019".

Hi Thong,

If you go back into the plugin and click on the 'product' drop list you will be able to see some of these fields. if you fill them out the number of errors in Google will be reduced.

The problem is however that some of the fields that Google asks for do not exist in the plugin. From what I have read the developers are aware of this and are fixing it soon.

Also note that again, from what I can see and from my experience, these errors do not effect your rankings in google.

Paul

oh` Okay thank you for answering. I will check the plugin again.

"Also note that again, from what I can see and from my experience, these errors do not affect your rankings in google'.-> yeah, I think so. The SERP of my product review page is low ranking on Google anyway.

Second, I would like to jump into the topic. I'm brai

You could try Quora they publish your question and people from all over answer back. It’s a free sign up,all you loose is the time.
But, might gain the answers you seek.

:) Actually, I put my big question in the Quora at the first place, then Facebook (as an ad-> kind of crazy idea :P but I would like to give a try)-> and one forum yesterday.

thank you :) I'm not Christian, so can I say Blessings to you? Anyway, Blessings to you :)

Absolutely you can.

Try the search words moving to China in the search engines at youtube and vimeo. Youtube has a Japan channel. It is not the subject of your niche but it could still give you ideas.

Dear all,

As I fetch new post with Google Console, I across this:

"Some URLs listed in this Sitemap have a high response time. This may indicate a problem with you

sometimes you just get warnings in search console you do not have to worry about. But like Zsolt says, it might be good to check how big your image files are, but sometimes search console is just giving this warning and if you try again a few minutes later it will be fine.

hmm....I think Zsolt is right in this situation because I have one warning duplicate with one same photo/pictures so I think the picture's size would be the problem.

Thank you for stopping and help me!

Hi Thong,

Based on those messages you most likely have large images in your posts/pages that are making your site too slow ...

The key term here is the "high response time" = it takes too long to access and interpret your page

So you probably need to optimize your images ...

oh oh oh that's simple...thank you for a reply. I will optimize them.

You're welcome!

Hello all, I just finished the course 3 and now lesson 1 of 4th course. I have little concern and about my situation.

Hmm...I created the Facebook account before I joine

I can not give better advice than Triblu, think she has the perfect answer for you. You have a great webpage

yeah :) thank you for stopping by.

You can always set up an account for your website use...if your wish to overlap with your social side, you can just convert it cor your website use as well as social

hmm...thank you for an opinion :) I'm starting lesson one of the 4th course. I will learn from you about management, but I crossed your website once, and the niche.... -.- sorry that I still not get it since I just immigrated to Seattle about 3 years only-> still need to learn more about The USA history :)

Thank you for stopping by.

I personally would create a new account. I don’t like the idea of mixing work with outside of work life.

I have an account for family and friends as well as my own social purposes.

I also have one for my website, business related only.

Of course you could just create a page using your existing account.

thank you for some ideas and tips :)

You’re welcome I hope it helps

Hey Thong,

You are only allowed one Facebook account per person. However, you CAN create a Facebook fan page for your business which is even better. That way you won't be making any of your Facebook friends feel like you are pestering them.

See 1st screen print below to see how to access tutorials offered here on WA regarding fan pages.

As for Twitter, you could virtually follow anyone that relates to your business.

See 2nd screen print below to see how to find Twitter tutorials.

It may be advisable to hold out on creating a Pinterest account for now, until you feel more confident using the other two.

Hope this helps you.

Hi Triblu, :)

You also suggest that a fan page within Facebook account would be more appropriate. Hmm...I would like to hear more opinion since...I still don't know what to do with social media platform...

Thank you for stopping by.

If you are caught by Facebook with a second account they will shut one of your accounts down, as it is truly against their rules.

Huh? then it's really weird... I'm sure that I did not delete my old Facebook account before I moved to Seattle, and I just create a new Facebook account with a different email address as sign up and the current information. This is one reason I didn't add any friends, relatives, family members that I know before...

*sigh* I really don't know what to do with this Facebook account and things.....

Maybe my old account was shut down as result of many months inactive -.-

Facebook allows you to change your details whenever you want so, moving is no reason to create another Facebook account. If I were you, I would delete that second one... go back to the original Facebook account you created, and update the information there... even changing your email address if you wish.

As for the rules on ANY social media, you can Google search and read them so you won't get yourself into trouble.

We have all had to learn, so don't fret... just take one step at a time. You CAN do this Thong... I KNOW you can!

thank you for cheering me up but one problem that -.- I don't remember the info to log in the old/original Facebook account. Other words, as I moved to Seattle, I completely forget the information of that old account... Maybe I should contact Facebook customer service then...

If you remember the email address you used, their is always an option available for when we forget our password. All you need to do is click on THAT option and follow their instructions and you will have full access once more.

and then?

I still need to inform Facebook that hey Facebook (or Mark -.- ) I have two accounts -> it means I'm doing an inappropriate thing to you, so can you emerge two accounts into one or what would you do? I want to continue to use your service.

Thank you Triblu :) I think it's better to let them know I have two accounts... since I'm following our WA training and still want to build a business for future use.

All you need to do is DELETE the 2nd Facebook account without contacting Facebook. Personally, I think you are taking a big chance by delaying fixing this without contacting Facebook. However, you need to do what you deem is correct.

yeah :) I just go to Facebook and read some Q&A. They suggest that I should download one account info and history -> and then choose one account to permanently delete. -> set up again with the account wished to use-> so basic no need to contact Facebook customer care or something like that -.-

What if later I have some technique trouble, the Facebook Q&A support center or community can help?

Personally, I take my technical (or legal) questions to the platform I need the information from so that I get accurate info... so, I recommend you contact Facebook Q&A, unless, of course, it is something that is not technical in nature.

yeah, I share the same idea with you but... so far, I can not find where I can fill out a form or a ticket or something about customer care....

but first, let's me think and consider which Facebook account I should keep. Retrieve the old account, download info, histories-> consider emerge two accounts into one-> which one I should choose.... new one with our WA business fan page or old account with friends from the past and just create a new fan page for our WA business....

Thank you again :)

Personally, I would choose my old one with friends and bring it up to date and then add my fan page for my business. You're very welcome... any time. Hope you get this sorted out in your favour.

well :) I share the same idea with you about choosing the old one, but unfortunately.... After doing some actions for retrieving from email address, FB account setting, some centers helps... It goes nowhere -.- they keep link me in a circle -> make me feel they don't have customer care center...

Based on my situation and reality...I have no access back the old one...maybe I should set up properly the new FB account and then add the old friend network later hehe :) ( let's see I can win their hearts again or not :P ) and add the fan page for business.

Thank you Triblu for cheering and guiding.

Is it just your password to the old FB account that is missing Thong?

If so... check out the screen print below to see where to click and gain access back to your older FB account.

hihi, I tried that method already-> and it leads me to other questions -.- It asked me to get a code or a verify that I'm the owner of that email address, but I forgot the password of that email address too. I used Yahoo email address-> so I go back to Yahoo Mail messagers-> type the email address that I can remember (still not sure it's correct or not) -> click on forgot password-> Yahoo asks the same thing: prove the owner prof.

I have nothing to prove both Yahoo and FB that I did own that account since I completely forget the password and loss the phone number, and things to retrieve it...

I also read another members blog which has a similar issue. His situation is more complex than mine and after 4 months follow their instruction-> he was leading in a circle and get nowhere...

FB also has another option "get help from a friend"-> -.- since I moved, they forget about me and the friendship. If I use the new FB account to pm one of them-> well they would not know since, in the past, I'm kind of offense, not openly as now.

Thank you so much for a walk through with my concern :)
Look like my situation now has no choice that set up properly the new account with new identity then :P I'm glad that my old FB doesn't have any picture of my face haha

Pheeeew... yeah, having no images to identify you with should help you. Once FB sees that account dormant after a standard set of time (which I do not know what that might be), I'm sure they will simply delete it as forgotten.

Often wonder what they do when members pass away and family never thinks to remove all social media accounts.

Anyway... you should be just fine using your new FB account f'er sure.

yeah :) I think so Triblu. I can use the new one and that doesn't harm much to the old or maybe sometimes pass by to see the old friend circle for later to win their heart back with new identity :)

I hope Kyle and other members have some blogs and training to help me to set up properly this new FB account :)

And this time, I should protect my ownership with images, phone numbers, back up just in case and so on :P

Thank you Triblu :)
