In a nutshell, affiliates use subIDs and subID reporting to determine what’s working for them and what isn’t.

Not sure if you saw littlemama's (aka Grace) announcement or not... if you did not, then here it is: Littlemama's Road To Vegas Training Series and Grace will be adding more links to her blog once more training becomes available.
Grace's advice is TOP NOTCH!

Google searching "bing fetch and render" (without the quotation marks, of course) you will find the top 3 listed in the search result are Bing guides.
