How do I leave WA and stop the renewal fee?
Are you really sure you want to leave "Wealthy Affiliate"?
The WAmily want you to stay and succeed!
IMPORTANT, PLEASE READ
Do not leave everything until the last minute to stop a renewal! You cannot cancel a membership and request a refund halfway through it!
Once a subscription has been processed you are unlikely to get a refund so start the cancellation process in plenty of time!
Before you cancel:
- Are you aware of what you actually have in your current subscription?
- You can see all that is available to you by clicking on your profile icon and selecting "Included with "

- Are you looking for more functionality?
- Maybe you could upgrade? Check your Account settings to see if there is an upgrade option which may suit your needs.

- Do you need help to get back on track?

- Do you need help doing something else within W.A?
- Contact your WAmily in the chat or post a question. To do this go in to your profile and there should be a "Questions" Tab, if you click on this you are able to ask a question in the "Type your question here" box. This will then go off to the WAmily / Community and someone will get back to you very quickly trying to help.
When you joined WA, you were probably introduced by an existing member. If you have any issues, try to contact them initially as they want you to succeed as it is to their advantage to do so!
If you don't know who your referal was, you may be able to find your introduction email by going in to your WA Email and next to the "Settings" button select the Arrow and make sure it is pointing upwards as this will show you older messages first.
Once your initial emails show up (Unless you deleted them of course), you should see an email from Kyle or Carson and a few other messages from your mentor.
If you see who introduced you, contact them and they will be happy to do everything they can to help you.
If you don't have any success of getting hold of your Mentor / Introducer, reach out to the community via chat.

In 2017 I decide to quit WA, my reason, I want to focus on my off-line business. Looking back, I regret my decision! October 2021, I back again with WA. This time round I not gonna make the same mistake again. 😊👍🇸🇬

Thank you, Glynn. I came into WA via a post by Kyle, and I would like to get more advice from him directly .especially for this year, develop an advisory relationship from him, and my particular deficiency at this time.
I didn't need him so much b because the community is so great, and I feel like Kyle is busy steering the big WA ship. But I should easily get over that thinking because he is quite approachable.
What do you think Glynn, and thank you for the above post? It is much appreciated, by me1

Hi Suzay,
Your mentor should be the first port of call for those more complicated problems as they introduced you in the first place.
Kyle is approachable and he has to be otherwise WA would go down the pan. He is a very busy man trying to help 2.5 million members and does his best as I am sure you know.
For any issues you have, you can ask a question via your profile, ask in the Community Chat (Probably best place for quick questions etc.) or raise a call with Support.
I like to ask questions via my profile and then I have a record of it and can go back to it any time. I have a short memory :-)
