Page Actions Are Temporarily Disabled. Have you been to Google Search Console lately to update one of your URL's and seen the message: "Page Actions Are Temporarily Disabled"?
As of October 14th 2020, Google Console reports that the "Request Indexing" feature of the URL inspection Tool is currently being updated and it will be re-enabled in the coming weeks.
In the meanwhile, Google continues to find and index content through their regular methods, as covered here."
