All that anyone of us can suggest to you is to ask for feedback again, this time making certain to select "feedback on my content" and if the person offering feedback does not offer feedback on your content you can refuse it as they did not provide you with feedback on your content.
That's the only way members learn, and the only way you won't lose your "fee" for requesting feedback on your content.
