It didn't require any plugins and was extremely simple.

I have just gone through an ordeal, with the VA, for my husband.
The VA just drags their feet on everything, and I wouldn't put up
with it!
It has been poor for quite some time, but now things are rapidly changing, it just takes time to correct all the previous issues!
As a veteran myself, I think there are many reasons why the VA is dragging their feet. I also think that for you to be an advocate for veterans, you have to go through the VA system to be appointed. There's a lot of paper works involved. Speak on the behalf of your husband is accepted, but for others, will require approval by the VA. Your thoughts to help other veterans, is deeply appreciated. May I ask you where did your husband served?

I know the needs that my husband had, but wanted to know the needs of other veteran's as well.

I have 2 websites, and I want a different avatar for each. Is there a way to do that?

Two separate emails addresses you have to get. even if you have 2 pics attach to one email, you can only use one pic.
No worries I have several Gmail accounts and all are on Gravatar, but I only use one mainly
Yeah, I like using my domain emails, and I'll have to create a separate account if I want the avatar's different for each domain.

When we sign up Referrals & they sign up to any of the Affiliate programs
that we're signed up to, do they get placed under us?

Whoever they sign-up is place under them, if your are in touch with them and you promote other affiliate links, then they will be under you also in those programs.
The only way they will be under you.

There are some good answers in this thread, and this is another slant on that.
On your blog, as I have done on mine, put all the affiliate links where you earn commission/s from. Encourage your referral to follow you through those and then you get commisisons from them and their referrals, referrals that way.
For EG on my my blog, which is on my profile, I have advertising products and an autoresponder, to name but two commissionable services and I encourage my referrals to follow me on those.
Adding moe meat to the bone, I promote only those services which are needed wanted and must have for business owners.
Doing this means that within a few months you would have the beginning of financial security

If so, I'm using Sendiio and a couple of SMTP servers & the SMTP from my domain (very lightly though).
I need to clarify my last reply.
Sendiio's opt in form stinks on ice, so I use
LeadsLeap pop up generator with the 3rd
party AR (Sendiio form), so I get an eye
catching opt in form.

Crazy thing is, that goofy little pop up got
me 99% more signups than the cheesy form
in Sendiio, but the subscribers still get placed
into Sendiio for me. It's win, win!

No. After a member joins WA they are independent of you, even if they join the same affiliate programs. You will of course receive recurring commissions on their membership fees.
