semalt(dot)com False Positives

When things just don't add up.

This morning I check my analytics to see how many visitors I had to me website.

WOW!

There was a SPIKE of 250 visits in about a 5 minute window of time.
(I refreshed my Page Speed Insights)

I'm guessing these people (robots) don't actually have an interest in my offerings, and are just dropping by, to give me false hope.

WHY?

Why does this happen?

I dunno. (I refreshed my Page Speed Insights)

I think it was WAs Semalt software dropping pings.

It helps to be an IT website technician to be successful in Affiliate Marketing.

MORAL OF THE STORY.

Don't reply on SEO analytics to tell you the TRUTH.

Connect with Real People via Live Intereactive Video, then you will get some actual traction.

I'm longing for the opportunity to attend live in-person networking events, where I can connect and relate to humans with actual emotions.

Good info, Brad, i don't even have Analytics hooked up yet, but doubt I would check it very much if I did! "A watched pot never boils"~unk.

Jeff

I use analytics to see which burner the pot is on.

Ha ha, Brad!

Thanks for the info.

Thanks

Sure

Interesting. I think you are right. It is from the software.
I checked the visitor's address from the pretty link when hundreds of visitors suddenly come in.

Yup... and they don’t have credit cards, so they won’t be buying anything.

Thanks for sharing.

Wow!
I didn't know that could happen!

Over 50% of internet traffic is non-human.
