Paying for a Service You are not Getting
Have you ever had the experience of paying for a service, but not getting the service.
It's frustrating getting your bank account tapped each month, and then when you attmpt to log into your account, nothing happens.
The money still left your bank account, but the service you are paying for in nonexistant.
What do you do in these situations?
A. Cancel the Service?
B. Complain about the Lack of Service?
C. Hire a Lawyer?

Ha, you use the service or cancel it, as no point in wasting money on something that you do not want or need.
Depending on the amount, all three, but more often than not, just cancel the service, Brad!

Hey Brad
I have done all three. It depends on how much I need the service, whether alternative service options are otherwise available and how would I feel after taking the action.

I would complain about the lack of service first friend. If no solution, call support and ask to speak to the manager/supervisor about upgrading. This will get their attention. As soon as the manager/supervisor gets on the phone, tell him/her that he/she is useless and that you are firing him/her, then hang up. They will either call you back immediately to solve you issues or send you a a sorry e-mail message, trying to make a deal with you. If still not satisfied, call your bank and explained to them to have the payments blocked. All the best!
