With the complexity of the word press platform, it seems that many of us spend the majority of our time learning about WordPress, or adding new plug-ins, or fixing things.
Has marketing come to the point where in order to be a successful affiliate marketer, you need to be technically savvy in WordPress and website development?
Can a website be set it and forget it, with 99% of your WordPress time spent on posting content?
Or do we need to constantly spend time fixing things.
As our dream of time freedom disappeared?
Are we destined to spend hours and hours working on our website, and researching search engine optimization and keywords?

Today the modifications, changes & updates with so many people involved with the new way of doing things. it is near impossible to bring the documentation up with it. They are all afraid to properly release the newer property in fear that somebody else will beat them to the punch! With WP releasing it by piecemeal even makes it more difficult. Look how many people have come out with versions of Gutenberg and calling it Block editor with a number of Plugins built in/supplied insinuating it is theirs. The industry is in freefall because it has become so large that more people than ever want a piece of it and are not prepared to offer a proper release!
Right now, Brad, I am neither! Here for the hosting and the education! I have a lot of enterprises still going in the physical world! I hope you are doing well, my friend!

Interesting post. I wouldn't say I am an Internet slave as such, not am I frustrated by my website. I WAS frustrated by the GPP theme I had, because for what I wanted, it was restrictive, as many Paid Themes are due to the way the coding is written
Since switching to Thrive Themes however, ALL those frustrations have gone away. No more searching for plugins for this that and the other, because their tool box has it all, plus a very nice affiliate scheme as well. I have built all my websites using it, including my staging site. You can see an example of my blog on my profile here
