According to Abraham Maslow. (Real Estate is a secure niche)
The “real estate industry” continues to be one of the best niches on the planet.
WHY?
Because of Abraham Maslow‘s Hierarchy of Needs.
SECURITY is one of our human needs.
We all need some sort of “shelter” from the elements.
Residential or commercial
Apartments, single-family homes, multi family dwellings.
Senior retirement homes.
Vacation homes.
Shopping malls.
Hotels and motels.
Storage lockers.
When times are good, you have a nice home, vacation home, and use hotels and motels.
When times are bad, you have a storage locker and probably an apartment.
Real estate is a good match. They always have money. It’s high ticket.

Yikes! Why does Real Estate “scare” you?
It’s just an industry, like many others.
Real estate professionals, like any other business need tools, ideas and resources.
Real estate people have a more long-term mindset. They are more patient for results and their money thermostat is set at a higher ticket price tag.
I’m not suggesting you go into be a real estate agent, or a real estate flipper.
I am suggesting that you tap into the market and mindset of Real Estate Professionals
I get scared of things that I don't understand. I guess I need to take another look at this. We all do need shelter. Perhaps I will spend a little time with my friend who is a real estate agent and find out more so that the idea of real estate doesn't scare me so much!
You may have made me into a future real estate niche mogul!

As a Mortgage and Real Estate Professional for over 40 years, it was a great profession and a great career to raise 3 children alone. I had a passion that was unforgetable in this industry, but I could not do it any longer after I raised my daughters.
True, it is a commodity that everyone should have a couple of. For me, I am ready to build my digital Real Estate.
