Learning a new skill

Learning any new skill set requires time and energy, along with good instruction and a willingness to learn.

I am of the firm belief we all need to be life-long learners. The world is changing too fast not to be constantly learning new things while overcoming old obstacles.

Earning money is one of those obstacles in most people's lives. There are often many reasons for not obtaining what we want; no skills, no time, no energy, too much inertia, and too little disciplines.

But probably one of the most important is lack of commitment. Commitment means continuing on with previously determined goals even when no results are coming. It means trying to determine what works and just as important - what is not working to achieve those goals.

It also means sacrifice. Every time you put time, money, and talent into achieving some goals, that is time that can never be recovered. Life is often a tradeoff between competing goals - some easy, and some more difficult. Usually the important goals are the difficult ones.

Those who join this program clearly wish to succeed; but how much time and effort are we willing to put into this new project. What tends to work best is when there s some positive feedback that the effort you are making is achieving some measure of success. In a business, that usually means monetary success - although not always.

I am certain this new project can achieve some degree of realistic success - otherwise, it would still not be in existence after all these years with the membership it has. I have seem many online programs come and go but this one seems to be different in that it keeps getting stronger.

I am going to see where this leads and plan to work toward my short term goals believing that success is inevitable with a good program, hard work, and time.

Well thank God u made it thru that heart attack a friend of mine had a 5 by pass about 15 years ago and is doing great in his late 60,s .
He completely changed his life style no smoking proper nutrition and lots of exercise .
So all the best at wa ,iam following now !

Thanks for the encouragement! I had my heart attack about three months ago now and have lost about ten pounds, gotten back to scheduled exercise through a cardiac rehabilitation program, and feel better!

It was a close call; I had some heart rhythm problems but that has all resolved.

I think adversity makes you stronger - if you let it. I learned a few things about myself, and it sure focused my attention on the things that matter in life - like family and friends.

I have cut back at work, trying to get more time at home, and doing more things that I enjoy.

Thanks again!

Dave.

This is an awesome way to start your journey with the best attitude and willingness to succeed!

Best of luck my friend.

that is a great outlook good luck
