What's Your Wallpaper, and Why?

We all have different wallpapers, and we have our own reasoning behind them.
What's yours?
My desktop wall paper is the following image;
Porsche is my favorite car company, and I look this particular model. The 911 GTS 4.
I believe it's important to remember your dreams, especially if you ever plan on reaching them. So to remember my dream of owning a Porsche I always have an image of a Porsche on my deskstop's wallpaper.
I also kinda look like the guy in the car, which only helps me
image in the realization of the dream.

Great question - everyone has there "whys".
Mine is a picture of a tent on a dark sky backdrop (ie. no light pollution) showing the Milky Way and thousands of stars in our neighbourhood.
My passion is the night sky - not a lucrative niche, but an awe inspiring one none the less - so I choose to have backdrops that let me float into that state of mind.
The Porsche one is nice though - although not to my taste (I like the cars, but if I had the money, I wouldn't change my cheap little runabout), as I'd most likely spend my gains on travel and education for my boys. I'm not diminishing what you have whatsoever - everyone is driven by different goals and dreams.

Cool, stars are awesome! Thanks for sharing. Although not lucrative they are aw-inspiring.
I totally get where you are coming from as far as spending the gains on travel and your children's education. Most people plan to invest in experiences that they can share with those closest to them. I am sure my priorities will be re-evaluated when I have a family of my own, and I would never want a material possession to come between me and my ability to build lasting relationships with my family and friends etc.

I dont have a wallpaper, because with the age of my laptop I need all the memory space I can find, and wallpapers take up quite a bit of memory so I have only my icons. But if I did have one it would be the Manchester United fixture list so as i can keep tabs on how many more points we need to win the premiership(ROTFL)
