Make it BIG!

Making money is easy.
You go get a job.
You got to work.
You fulfill your workplace obligations, and work hard. You get a pay check.

There ya go. You made some money. This is the average way to earn a living. With this method if you want to earn more money, you need to do more within the job you have. Or get more jobs etc. Then you can slowly build your income.

Our ability to make money, and earn a living is largely determined by our perspectives and outlooks. We know that what we think will ultimately affect our reality. What you and I need to realize is that our vision and outlook will determine our potential.

If you want to make lets just say; 10k-200k you don't need to start your own business necessarily. All you gotta do is become really good at what you do, and really good at growing and building existing companies.

If you want to make lets say; 500k-10M then you might just need to look into other options. If you're making 10M, then chances are either a CEO, or a you founded the company.

You really have to determine how large your vision is going to be. How much do you want to do? What do you want to achieve? How much do you really want to make? How do you want to live your life?

Do you want to be average?

Do you want to work for other people?
Do you want to work for yourself?

Or what do you have to do to reach your goals, and live your life the way you want to live it?

I have big goals and dreams, and as a result I find myself realizing that I can't just be working for other people to get to where I want to be.

(Perhaps one might say you can think big in an average job, true big your potential for growth is limited.)

We also need to realize that in order to get any where we need to go through some sort of struggle. Whether our vision is small or it is big. If you have small vision you'll be challenged, and if you have a massive vision you'll be challenged.

I have began to become conscience of the fact that my large vision and goals will bring me great frustrations.

This helps me to put things into prospective.

Sometimes I catch myself thinking; "Wouldn't it be way easier if I just went and got a job, and became the best at it?!" Then I have to realize that I don't want easy, I have big goals and dreams. I want to stretch and grow. After all no matter the size of the growth, it comes with the price of some growing pains.

Dare to dream, and dream big. Let those dreams push you to become worthy to behold them. Remember that this effort to become will always come with growing pains, and be determined to work through them.
