You can’t expect everything to work out 100% of the time. The only way to avoid failure is to never leave the house, and that assumes that you live alone. I have written many times here at wealthy affiliate that failure is an inevitable part of the road to success. It isn't the failing that matters, it is how you deal with the failure!
Do you have a horrible job, relationship, or waistline? Do your friends mistreat you? The quality of your life drops to the level you’re willing to tolerate. If you’re willing to tolerate certain behavior from others, you’re certain to receive it. Again it's the simple Lore of attraction. What you think about and focus on will come about!
Talent and luck are nice, but you can’t choose your talents. Luck is hit or miss. But, if you are resilient, you can accomplish anything. How could you fail if you always bounce back to life? Sooner or later, you’ll find success.
How many times have you wished wish you could take your words back? Many challenges can be avoided by resisting the urge to open your mouth. (Note to self!)
Worried about keeping up with the Jones’s or making a fool out of yourself? Before you know it, your life will be coming to an end. You can be sure you won’t care about such things then. Why not stop caring about silly things today? Many of us have had to re-evaluate our lifestyles and our choices in the last year.
You’re worried about what everyone thinks. You want to impress others. The trouble is, most people spend so much time worrying about themselves that they aren’t focusing on you at all.
People are frustrating sometimes, but you can accomplish much more with a little help. Be choosy whom you let into your life, but allow someone in. Don't allow people in who put you down or make you feel small.
If you tried something and it didn’t work, try something new. New actions give new results. If you’re not completely happy with the outcome, and you are not just jumping ship, because you see the next shiny object change your approach. I have been here long enough in wealthy affiliate to know that everybody who doesn't give up does succeed in the end.
Lying can be easier in the short-term, but it’s often a disaster in the long-term. You probably don’t lie as well as you think you do, and it’s difficult to hide a lie indefinitely. Once you’re caught lying, the situation worsens. You also ruin your credibility. Lying to yourself is also a self-destructive approach
Despite what you might think, the people around you and your circumstances don’t control your emotions. Only you have the power to make yourself feel one way or the other. So, why not choose to feel good? How you feel is a cumulative result of very little thought that comes into your head.
It might well be worth the effort to create a business journal and add to it as you learn more about life and business. Recognizing a lesson is the first step to remembering it in the future when you need it. Learn how much you already know, so you don’t repeat your mistakes.
Going through life with the same level of understanding ensures that you’ll face the same challenges over and over.
Life can be easy, though, if you learn a little each day and apply it.

Then over time, we get what we think (most) about.
That does not necessarily mean, we become or get the things we think most often about...
and for sure, it means we become or get the things that we think about, that attract the largest emotions!

This post was very thought provoking for me. You covered a huge range of things in a really logical easy to follow way. I think the most important point is that circumstances and the people around us don’t really control our emotions or attitude. I think life experience and maturing teach us that, but it’s a hard lesson to learn. Thanks for the post.

Thanks for sharing these nuggets of wisdom. They are borne out of experience. Didn't someone say failing or is it falling is a sign that you are trying? It's not how many times you fall that's important, it's how many times you rebound and continue the race that determines your success or failure..
