Hi, so I added it to my cellphone, used Wordpress to add the plug-in, got it activated, but not seeing how to get it setup? It suggests putting a snippet of HTML code on the page before the </body> tag and I don't know how to do that .... I don't see that for the pages I want ... did I miss something in this easy setup? :) Thanks for your help

Hi TheCatherine and all,
I missed one little step ... refresh your page! I simply missed it.
So I went to the WA dashboard, quickly found the plug-in, added it, configured it quickly, no problem adding the Tawk.to app on my cell phone ... and it worked AFTER I refreshed.
Basically until the update/refresh I hadn't really added anything to the website. So then began the journey of adding the text after the </body tag (and that also worked) but didn't need to do any of that.
I also noticed Kyle always updates, saves, refreshes throughout the training curriculum. Hope you all learn or just a reminder to refresh each time!

Thank you for this info. I just tried to download it onto my website, but it says that the plug-in has not been tested as yet on the (latest) version of WP that I have.

I chatted to them, and they are going to test it soon.
Not sure how soon, but they've said they'll be in touch via my email.

I hope they sort it out, because I really like the plug-in and would love to have it on my site.

I don't pay that much attention to site speed I am more interested in how much money I make! I know it increases my conversions and therefore my profit. You would either have to test it or are somebody far more technical than me to get an answer to that question
