A Million Dollar Sales Funnel Results of Stage 1

Roundabout last June I decided that it was time to expand my horizons and build a sales funnel and a completely new niche. It's not my first parade into building my own products but it was my first attempt in health. The subject I chose was adrenal fatigue and I built a four model program.

as a point, if anyone wants to follow this because I will be writing on this. Anyone knows who has read any of my posts for any amount of time will know I hate ClickFunnels with a passion. I was strong-armed into purchasing it because of the upsell feature. For now, I'm testing it.

Spectacular Fail

We launched with a three-day Facebook campaign of $35 per day and we got 0 sales.


I have to say my first reaction was to throw a hissy fit and behave like a petulant child for about half a day, until reality sets in. I know from long experience sales pages takes lots of tweaks to get it to be a highly conversing sales page. However. this was the first time I had ever done a product launch and got zero sales on the sales page. That's the first time for everything.

So I thought about it and I kept my beautiful looking sales page out of the window and I created a new one. Officially, this is the second ugliest sales page on the Internet. It differed from the first sales page because it included my story and had a video of me above the fold

yesterday we started a three-day campaign Facebook again, again with a maximum stand of $35 a day. We reduced the sales price of the first product to seven dollars and the upsell to $27. With the new sales page with my story as a video and also my story was written, we had three sales. Two of them were the seven dollar product on the $27 upsell so that was $68 in total and the third one was the seven dollar product as it stands. What we will do now is wait to Monday and let Facebook establish some figures because this is cold traffic and we have no online presence.

If the sales continue on Monday we will tweak the sales page so that the videos on the top and the written word is underneath it and also increase the sales budget to $50 a day. Assuming that all goes well with the tweaks we will keep choosing the best sales page and keep increasing the budget by 30% every two days.

So she can see we are a long way from a million-dollar funnel. Every single sale funnel substantial to be a million-dollar funnel. The difference from today and yesterday is yesterday we had a non-converting sales page. That is we had had no sales.

However, the difference is both our mindsets. We have sales and we know that if we tweak it and work on it we will increase the sales. We will then over the next few weeks our YouTube channel and use paid advertising and also start a cold or that organic five-day challenge so that we can start free organic traffic because we have no organic presence

moral of the story so far

for any of you are hung upon the aesthetics of your site, the ugly website still make sales

the second moral of the story is your story is a very powerful addition to your toolkit don't neglect to tell your story

Catherine thank you so much for the "inside" information story. I have been so interested in doing a sales funnel because of how successfully they are marketed. There are so many out trying to pull you in that it seems like they are "Too good to be true". Good luck and please keep me along for the ride.

I will keep you posted the gurus con you that it is easy and whilst funnel building is not hard but it does take tweaking

Funnels are still new to me, I have not tried them out yet, but I want to learn more about how to effectively use them and implement them on my website. Getresponse, which I use for email marketing, offer sales funnels set ups, but I have not done that yet.

Drjec of course you can ask. I partnered with a friend, not in WA he has no idea I am a member here, He is a video editor and originally I used to have a very successful PLR business. In 2015 UI gave it up because I was bored with writing. Last year I decided it was time to resurrect it but when I looked at successful businesses selling PLR they all had video content. I have the knowledge the ability and the software to do it but I hate making videos. My partner Danny does it full time and has done it for years. He hates wrinting and I hate videos. However, I am not sure why we went for adrenal fatigue but we did. Now we have started an IM Membership together as well not launched yet its project 2

It sounds like you have a lot of work ahead of you, but I am sure it will be rewarding.

i have a huge mountain to climb but it will be a million-dollar funnel although it may take three years
