Bad Effect of Anger

Definition of Anger:

A famous scholar said:

“Anger is that instinct of one’s self that compels him to avenge another person or drive him away”.

Sixteen Bad deeds that are created due to anger which are extremely destructive:

  • 1.Envy,
  • 2.Backbiting,
  • 3.Tale-bearing,
  • 4.Holding grudges,
  • 5.Breaking ties,
  • 6.Lying,
  • 7.Insulting and disrespecting other’s honour,
  • 8.Considering someone to be inferior,
  • 9.Using profanity and foul language,
  • 10.Arrogance,
  • 11.Violence
  • 12.Mocking others,
  • 13.Losing compassion,
  • 14.Selfishness,
  • 15.Expressing happiness at another person’s loss,
  • 16.Being ungrateful.

Indeed, if someone is angry, he feels happy when the person he is angry at suffers a loss. If the person is in distress, this person feels happy, he forgets all the favours of the person he is angry with and breaks ties with him. Some people hide their anger in their heart and it doesn’t leave their hearts for years and due to his reason they do not participate in gatherings of joy or sadness.

The anger of people who seem to be pious becomes apparent by the fact that they no longer do any favours for the person they are angry with like they did before. They don’t treat them compassionately. If the person they are angry with organizes a religious gathering, they do not attend merely to satisfy their egos.

Some relatives are such that no matter how much a person treats them nicely, they never come on the right track. But we should not be upset or lose hope.

A great scholar said: You have come on this earth to create bonds, not to break them.

Is it true that anger can cause heart attack?

Anger most certainly can lead to heart attacks. Researchers found that in the two hours immediately after feeling angry, a person’s risk of a heart attack increased nearly fivefold (by 4.74 times), and the risk of stroke increased more than threefold (by 3.62 times).

But because this was only for a relatively short time, the overall impact on a person’s risk remained fairly small. The people most affected are those who were at higher risk already and people who get angry more often.

The study authors suggest that psychological stress can increase the heart rate and blood pressure.

If you find yourself barraged by anxiety, or facing a difficult life situation, finding a healthy way to rise above the chaos is key. Chronic, or ongoing, stress has been scientifically associated with a weakened immune system, poor sleep and greater susceptibility to a variety of illnesses.

While there are many time-honored ways to tackle both everyday stress and severe anxiety – meditation and exercise being two examples – another fun way to escape the torrent of worry is by engaging in a craft.

Many people find crafting, whether it be building a birdhouse, constructing model airplanes, arranging stained glass or making fun masks for your children out of construction paper, glitter and feathers, to be an excellent way to relax
