"TheAbie - Site Support At The Wealthy Affiliate Is The Best"
Last Update: Feb 7, 2023
Howdy, All-Y'all, [uniquely-special], Wealthy Affiliate members and the Wealthy Affiliate community; - "TheAbie - Site Support At The Wealthy Affiliate Is The Best."
My Testimony
"They're fast, and they're responsive. The things I asked and needed, they were able to resolve. I had no issues with them or any stuck matters.
So don't matter what everyone says; site support is the bomb."
Please know that your websites are handled by pros, in addition to daily backups.
However, site support isn't for Billing or fixing Jaaxy, Alphabet Soup or Niche Finder, and other bugs.
Billing can be reached here: Contact Billing
Jaxxy: Possible solution scenarios
You need to click the QSR manually each time to reveal a figure value, as Jaaxy lite is included with a premium subscription to the platform.
If that's not it.
You may need to empty the browser cache, refresh and try again. Try the URL in a different browser or mobile device.
Clear Browser's Cache
If that doesn't solve it.
You may go to
Account Settings
Under WA settings, click options and make sure your email is connected to Jaaxy.
And if that doesn't solve it.
You need to reach out to Kyle or Carson on their profile spaces.

Bugs, the Official Bug Thread: The Official Bug Thread
So please don't bug down site support with things they are not supposed to fix. Reach out to the correct channel so that they keep delivering fast and responsive resolutions.
Like any other hosting company, they also need to carry on their maintenance from time to time.

Thank you.

I don't know if I'd call it "the best" anymore. It was absolutely out of this world amazing a few years ago, but nowadays it takes them a lot longer to respond and sometimes they ask too many questions instead of just fixing the issue. Years back you could count on not only a quick response but a really, really quick solution. As in, a couple of minutes.
I hope someone on their team reads this and takes it to heart. Perhaps they respond faster to premium plus members? Or maybe they have a lot more members to deal with. Perhaps they just don't like me lol. I don't know, and I'm not trying to be a pain about it, but that's just been my experience.
That said, I still think support is "good" but not "incredible" anymore.
Thank you, Stuart. I appreciate your feedback here. Out of curiosity, have you tried reaching out to Carson here, to discuss or to find out what's going on?
Thank you for the great blog post Abie. I agree WA site support is the best. They have always responded quick if I had an issue and helped me solve my problem quickly.
They know what they are doing unlike some experiences I have had with hosting outside of WA where the support doesn't know what they are doing. I have never had that problem with WA site support.
I love how quick and professional they are. I have never had a problem with them and I will always say WA site support is the best.
I'm glad you like them to. Thank you again for this great blog post Abie. All the best to your success.
Do you mind me asking why you are not hosting your website here at WA? Did you have a bad experience with WA hosting or site support?

Good morning Abie,
I hope you're doing well. Thank you for your blog post and for clarifying what site support is meant for. That should be very helpful for many new members.
As you know, I'm a great fan of Wealthy Affiliate, I rarely have anything to complain about on the platform. It's certainly the most friendly forum by a long way, I write on several forums, so I know what forums can be like.
I actually look at the hosting as a bit of a bonus, but it is certainly a great bonus, especially for people starting out.
In my experience, if there is anything that needs improving, it's site support.
I believe that site support is great for straightforward enquiries, but for anything that goes a little bit deeper, they cannot handle it. In my experience, site support can only handle one question at a time and they cannot look at previous messages. I have support tickets with over 100 messages going backwards and forwards. This is something that needs to be addressed.
As I mentioned, I didn't sign up for Wealthy Affiliate for hosting; I signed up for the training and the community. I'm pleased that most members are very happy with site support. However, this is just my honest experience.
Have a great day.
Roy
