Vertigo Attack!

Last Update: October 14, 2021

I am about to finish my latest content so I could post it before going to sleep last night when suddenly I have double vision and my head becomes wobbly. I felt dizzy. I closed my eyes and went to sleep hoping it will go away.

I wake at 4:00 AM and the world is spinning, as my wife assisted me I struggled to go to the bathroom because I needed to vomit. Alas, my plans for the day were altered because of the situation.

Instead of waking up early to finish another content, continue with the training, and post my affiliate disclaimer, I slept until 9 AM. After breakfast, I went to the clinic and it was confirmed that I had Vertigo.

Vertigo, my last attack was at the end of winter. My only consolation is that every time I had an attack, I am at home and not driving. Imagine, the world spins while driving, it could be deadly.

So instead, of completing another content, I will rest as my doctor recommended. But I will try to finish it by tomorrow as that is my goal. Posting 2 to 3 contents a week.

So to my WA family, stay healthy as this is the most important wealth that we have.

Not sure your case is same as mine. My head spins after long hours of work in front of the CP without taking water.

To avoid head spins, I split my article into two sections, once finish the first section, I take rest to do garden works for my eye to see green for hours. A small garden for me to clean grass or check diseases on the vegetables.

Drinking water and rest interval has helped me keep away big spins last one year. Small spins cannot be avoided due to my old age.

I hope you are young, can be recovered soon. The sickness is really danger during driving. Sleep well is a good way to reduce the impact.

I am not sure if long hours of working on my laptop triggers the vertigo. But I feel that need some rest. I will try your technique of resting in between wrinting my article. Thank you.
