There seems to be a problem with the login button. If we sign out of our affiliate account what happens is that when we try to log back in. The log in button on all browsers, Safari, Firefox, Chrome, and Opera all of them are frozen. The only way to enter the platform is through the email links notification.

Please fix the login button making it accessible for us. If I log out, then try to get back in the login button doesn't work, its like it won't move or gain us any access. Many other WA Members are complaining about unable to log in. Logging in is only though the links.

I got the same problem. I manage to get in trying to sign in my website and not having the right password.
Otherwise, the log in button does nothing.

I reported it to Site Support with screen shots so they seem to be investigating and working on it.

Hi many reported same today

Hi I'd recommend emptying cache refreshing and try again or try in a different browser or mobile device.
If you have "Automatically log me in from links in email notifications" turned on, then from your email inbox associated with your WA account, click on any link, you'd be logged in.
That can be set up from within
https://my.wealthyaffiliate.com/account
If all else fails you may reset email or contact support
https://my.wealthyaffiliate.com/websites/support
But now you are logged in, you can ask a question.

Yes, been there done that. Its the login button frozen it needs fixing. It doesn't matter what I do, already empty the cache and still frozen. I am unable to inform site support because its not related to my website, its WA Platform. I tried on my mobile same thing both on iPhone and iPad. Nothing works. it sounds like they need to fix it. So how do I notify Site support because I tried this and it ends. up to WA, supposed to go to Site Support.

Finally sent it a ticket to Site Support with the screenshot sounds like a bug that needs to be ironed out. Thanks for letting me know. Carson is the main man behind the IT, so looks like both of them got to get their technicians to fix it.
