Why am I being asked to upgrade when I am watching trainings in the Classes section?

Are the classes not available for the premium members ? or is it just my account who has a problem?

This is the first time that I am watching back, kindly enlighten me.

You can only watch Jays training, the new classes are for premium plus members only. It’s an incentive to upgrade.

You are probably clicking on classes that are meant for Premium PLUS members.

Hi Rose,

Some of the classes are now only available to Premium+ members, which is why you'll be asked to upgrade.

As a premium member you only get 52 free classes per year.

Hey there,
I have checked Classes randomly- Everything OK at my side.
As a Premium you can only watch Jay's videos which are uploaded on Saturdays. All other videos would be Premium Plus package, and that's why they ask you to upgrade.

Hi there,
You can watch all Jay's videos, uploaded on Saturday from November 2012. If you go to Classes - click Dashboard (left) - you will see calendar (right) - choose year and month. But they should be only Jay's videos, Saturday uploads.

Premium Plus videos which is just released, is only Premium Plus. We, Premiums, can't access them. They will ask to upgrade.

On the calendar, there is a circle, click Saturday's ones and below you will see a title of the video. Click on the title, it will bring you to the video.
