Why are lower training credits being paid than truly earned?
I've noticed every month I'm getting 1/2 the commissions paid for my WA training then the Level they have earned. Here's the proof:
Compare this to the Cash Credit History for the same Level 2 trainings above:
Here are the WA Training Levels:
Level 1 = 10 credits = $5
Level 2 = 20 credits = $10
Level 3 = 30 credits = $15
Level 4 = 40 credits = $20
Level 5 = 50 credits = $25
What is the reason that only 1/2 of the Training credits are being APPROVED for payment (Level 1) compared to the proof of the ACTUAL training credits EARNED (Level 2)?
This approval system seems counter-intuitive to me. All 3 Training Modules are high quality and very helpful training without any violations. I was told we are paid on the Level training we earn.
Therefore, only one payment should be made, and that is what is EARNED. This is called holding back commissions.
Has anyone else experienced this difference?
