I've noticed every month I'm getting 1/2 the commissions paid for my WA training then the Level they have earned. Here's the proof:

Compare this to the Cash Credit History for the same Level 2 trainings above:

Here are the WA Training Levels:

Level 1 = 10 credits = $5

Level 2 = 20 credits = $10

Level 3 = 30 credits = $15

Level 4 = 40 credits = $20

Level 5 = 50 credits = $25

What is the reason that only 1/2 of the Training credits are being APPROVED for payment (Level 1) compared to the proof of the ACTUAL training credits EARNED (Level 2)?

This approval system seems counter-intuitive to me. All 3 Training Modules are high quality and very helpful training without any violations. I was told we are paid on the Level training we earn.

Therefore, only one payment should be made, and that is what is EARNED. This is called holding back commissions.

Has anyone else experienced this difference?

I've learned more from all the questions I've asked since I've been here than from the training Linda. Seriously.

You are getting the correct amount!
You got the 10 credits for the first level, and when the blue line has gone right across the 20 credits level and shows 30, then you will get the 20 credits.
The blue line shows your progress towards the 20 credit level!!
Don't worry, its all good !!

Thanks Chrissie, YES I got that now! I was visually misunderstanding the Level 2 partially blue-colored bar to mean that Level 2 was already completed, as opposed to still being in progress.

The fact is until the blue bar is 100% FULL (in which case you will no longer see Level 2, I assume you will then see Level 3!), you have still only completed Level 1, and paid for Level 1.

I was misinterpreting the graph Dave, but i get it now. Chrissie and Memory have provided the right answer

Interpreting this graph will be helpful to know if/when you do create training here, as there is no formal explanation by WA.

Thanks!

This is an eye opening post! I am working through the training modules, picked my first niche, building website, and haven’t explored all that WA offers. This is AWESOME! I didn’t know about the potential for earnings here! This just keeps getting better!

You learn so much reading these types of questions Norbert, because not much pertaining to this is explained formally in the WA training. I know I do.

I think you are interpreting that you have completed level 2 when in fact you are on the way to completing level 2. You should therefore have been paid $30 so far.

To me, whether you completed any level or not for as long as WA says you are paid according to points then that's it so any point will not go to WA because a level has not been completed.
For example, I have 19 points, that is only one point to level 2, I must receive $9.50.

From what I gather Jimmy, you only get paid when either $5, $10, $15, $20, or $25 for each level of training, but no amount in-between.

So since I'm in the progress of completing Level 2 (20 credits), so far I'm only being paid $5 per training for completing Level 1 (10 credits). When complete Level 2 I will be paid in additional $10,

So for example, if you were to get to Level 5 (only Loes knows this!) you would be paid separate commissions for each new higher level you achieve.

So your total commission would be:
$5 + $10 + $15 + $20 + $25 = $75

This $75 could take many months (or even years) to earn!

So where will the excesses go?

You are still completing Level 2 - you will see Level 3 on your progress bar once you have earned Level 2 - that's when you will earn those credits... right now, you've only completed Level 1.

What I don't understand Mel, in my training tab it is telling me that I've completed Level 2 as per the first screenshot.

Or am I misinterpreting this? This nuance of training "approval vs. actual" payments was never clearly explained.

If indeed I am, at what level of engagement (comments and likes) for each training will I know when I've completed Level 2?

You're misinterpreting that, you're in the midst of earning level 2 and the blue bar is your progress to completion of the level.

As for the levels of engagement - we have asked for that breakdown multiple times for years and it has never been provided. Loes probably has the most accurate 'guess' of what it is since she's just about the only person to move beyond Level 2 or 3 (there are 5 levels). Marion might also have an inkling.

So in other words, when the "blue bar" is completely filled, then Level 2 will be completed? I think I understand it now! Thank You.

If this is the case, completing "Level 2" must be an algorithm that includes additional components other than Comments ans Likes.

You can see my "Instagram" training only has 44 Comments and 26 Likes, but the Level 2 "Blue Bar" is fuller than my "Turbo Speed" training which has 82 Comments and 49 Likes.

Yes, because you must have as many complete views or page walkthroughs as you do likes.. so it prevents people from just liking/commenting without actually taking the training.

That makes perfect sense, Mel. Very clear now. Thank You.

All of this time, I was basing engagement on Comments and Likes alone "in my head", when walkthroughs and page views may have an even greater "weight of importance."
