Does anyone know if Peter (https://my.wealthyaffiliate.com/petervcrisp)is still around? I just bought something from his site but 4 hours later, there`s been no email informing me the product is coming or otherwise.
Now I checked his profile here and realized he`s not posted in a long time.
Anyone have any ideas?

Yep their last blog post was November 30, 2016 -- Hope they're okay first and foremost. And hope you can get in touch, thou their profile shows premium does not mean that they are actually subscribed.

You can try forward a PM, if subscribed they'll receive it in their mail box. Or reach out to support on their site if one is available.

If paid by PayPal and have not received items as described or in timely fashion, you can open a dispute and funds refunded back to you, however be aware you have limited time to do so.

I was hoping to avoid asking for refunds for their sake, sellers do not like refunds as it make their account look negatively to Paypal.Having said that, the purchase was really small.

Also when you do this, sometimes a NOT LIVE in a red box shows up to give you an idea of whether they are subscribed or not!

Hey Roamy,

If you paid by PayPal there should be a support email address on your receipt that will help you reach out to the vendor of the product.

If you still cannot reach the vendor, either through their landing page nor the support email address, then put in a dispute with PayPal and they will take action on your behalf.

Then you could go back to Peter's website where you bought the product, and leave him a comment there regarding the issues you were faced with. These are the steps that you should take whether you know the person whose affiliate link you clicked on or not.

Thanks, the message I tried leaving did not go through, it said something like Aweber is not active.
I think I`ll just ask for a refund from PP as it looks like he`s not around (should have checked first before making the purchase maybe)

This is exactly why I only ever purchase through PayPal (well, except for Amazon, of course) as they are the guard that prevents paying for garbage products and/or not receiving what you paid for.
