Each time tried, it says there are no comments left.

And when asking for comments or feedback, often the same people pup up.

Is there a way to manage this?
Are there others, facing the same problem?

It would be good if people were allowed a limited number of comments and feedback per day. It would give others a chance and limit the rubbish seen lately.

thank you

I see a comment every other day. Only with a few I feel competent to comment on.

I gave up long ago. The comments on my site are mostly useless and I don't find any I have the interest to comment on.

Good afternoon Joe,

Sorry to hear that. I have never seen you on my websites, that is true but then again you might not have liked them when you did see them.

Hi Taetske,

I receive notices by email from WA very infrequently indicating there is a post I have interest in. Usually, it has already been replied to and not available. I really am not much of a consumer and have little interest in the subject matter of most posts to the extent that I want to spend 30-40 minutes giving a comment. As I said the comments on my posts are usually bad and need completely rewritten or discarded. If I am going to rewrite them, I might as well write my own, which I haven't yet done. For now, I do without comments except for the very few organic ones.

Best of luck.

Good afternoon Joe,

The notifications of WA that there is a website for commenting on you might be interested in does not function. If you do not go immediately and look a few minutes later it is already gone. I do not like that system either.
If you have notified WA of a very small group of what you are interested in that also makes it a bit more difficult.
I just click to see what is there and quite often I leave without commenting.
I worked hard and in approx 1 year each of my 2 websites has more than 1500 comments, of course, half are mine.
I sometimes edit the comments I get but try to keep the essence.
I have Grammarly but we do not always agree, anyhow, having websites never a dull moment.

Hi again, Taetske,

Before I gave up I was ticking along at a pretty good pace giving and receiving comments, but I realized the comments all appeared to be from people that had no knowledge of or interest in my niche. Almost everything said was naive and/or looked phony. They looked like scam comments. I decided better to have none than ones like that. I spend all my day sunrise til bedtime working on answering emails from WA and on my website. I am somewhere between 400,000 to 450,000 words in around 300 posts. Maybe I will use some of that time on comments before long, as it is getting harder and harder to write meaningful posts.

Thanks for the tip, though,

Best regards,
Joe

That is impressive Joe.
You have piqued my interest. As we do not follow each other I cannot see your website on your profile.
Would you mind to PM the link?

Gracias, Taetske

I sent it. If we aren't following each other you can't see it on my profile? I wasn't aware of that.

Fleeky it’s a problem and I have stopped checking as I don’t have time. That’s sad.

Fleeky my friend, say it as it is!!
I often get to do some site comments late at night, about 11pm UK time.

There’s normally a few then. Also if you leave it about 30 mins to 1 hour there is sometimes comments on.

All the best
Tony
