In the list of the top 200 the red, green arrows and numbers under rank, what are they indicating?

Green arrows indicate you have moved up in the rankings, red means you have gone down. Don't be too concerned about rank. There are no perks, bonuses or monetary rewards, even if you get to top 25.

I understand there are no monetary perks.

But, the little milestones help keep me motivated to learn everything I possibly can, to get to where I want to be.

I am enjoying the little nuggets of encouragement, which is

hey hi Cindy -- interesting question -- good to pay attention to detail --- anyway, the right hand column with both the up green arrows and down red arrows simply indicate the rank change for that day ... that's it in a nutshell ...

Thanks, but what are the numbers meaning? Like some numbers are single digits and some are double digits either way. Is that a point system?

... just minor significance ... the numbers are just a positional number of how many steps up or down -- it's all relative ... take a look at your own number today and see what it does tomorrow ...

I am aware that the numbers fluctuate due to activity and participation stuff. But wasn't sure if more was better back there...lol

if it goes up, bigger numbers are better than small numbers. :) vice versa.
I believe that numbers indicate how many ranks you go up or down.
