Using site content writer I save and publish at a later time.
In WordPress, I save it as a private draft until I'm ready to publish.

If you start a blog or create more than 1 blog in a day you can save it instead of posting it. then you can go back into the blogs when you want that blog back look at the top and you should see drafts. select that and all unposted blogs will be there

Click star, than tag with a name.

You'd find it in your favorites tab, magnifying glass top menu.
