I canceled my membership three months ago but I am continually getting charged $49. I need to make sure my membership is canceled this time and the three months are credited back to me. Thanks

That is something that you need to take up with WA directly.

As far as I know it is an automated process.
You might want to go to:
When there, select the membership option and then click on the "stop billing and cancel membership" option.

There is also an option at:
That you want to look at as well so that you can take up this matter with WA directly.
