Does anyone know how I can change my local time zone within the WA dashboard?
I've just moved from Tasmania (Aust Eastern Standard Time) to South Australia (Aus central time) and there's no corresponding time zone listed in the options.

So Ulverston wasn't for you:), I believe you are on Australian Central time as is Canberra (why I don't know) so try that.

No, Canberra is on EST same as NSW. Site Support are looking into it for me.
We decided to move over here to be closer to family.
I now have a great-grandson, born on my b/day last year. It's good to be back here and closer to them all. We'll miss Tassie, of course. Not looking forward to this summer!

Families are hard to fathom sometimes. Lovely you finding your great grandson.

So the computer isn't always correct as that is where I found that time zone.

When Site Support gets back to you suggest they catch up on all our time zones!

Yeah, I noticed they don't have West Aust listed either.

Australian Western Standard Time
Perth

Australian Central Western Standard Time
Eucla

Australian Central Standard Time
Darwin

Australian Eastern Standard Time
Brisbane

Australian Central Daylight Time
Adelaide

Australian Eastern Daylight Time
Sydney

Hobart equates to Sydney

Lord Howe Daylight Time
Lord Howe Island

WA, Qld and NT don't have daylight savings. One reason I heard years ago was that the extra hour of sunlight faded the curtains! No kidding.

Yeah, that was a standard joke for years in WA.
Every few years the govt over there bring in another referendum "in case the public has changed its mind".
If they ever get a "yes" vote, they'll never ask again though.
Despite a few trials and lots of posturing by big business most westies hate the idea. In summer, the sun doesn't set until about 8.30 as it is.

I only see 2 AUS options. There may not be an option in WA for this. Open a ticket with Site Support. Maybe they can do it on the back end.

Thanks. I'll try that.

Choose the one showing your current time and ignore the location.

There isn't an option that shows my local time.
I think I'll take Meryl's advice and see if site support are able to help.
