I was looking for some information on site support and the kind of questions you can or cannot ask from Kyle,is there a link anywhere.?

I don't know for sure but I would figure it would be ok to ask them for any technical issue if not they may give you a better idea of where to find it.

I believe they will help with stuff directly connected with your site/WordPress, but sometimes they will refer you to site developers or servers where you have to ask for their support. I would always try our WA’s Support first because the line between the two is hazy (at least to me).

There is no list of rules that I am aware of but SiteSupport is only for technical issues regarding your website
Kyle handles questions such as the affiliate program or membership/payment issues, among others.
If you try to open a support ticket or send Kyle a PM, the questions it asks are designed to filter out the types of questions that should be asked elsewhere.
