I have been experiencing technical difficulties with my website lately. Some featured images are missing on the homepage (screenshot below).

This sounds like a question to tech support. Please put in a request and if you can take a picture so they can see what is happening. They may ask for that.
Hi John,
Thanks for your reply. Is tech support the same as site support? I did email site support and they told me to inform the theme provider. I emailed the theme provider. Just waiting to see if they'll be able to help out.

Hi, if you want to chance it and correct , at least back up your site. You can use AIO Migration or Updraft.
However, although this is a theme error and whether you are receiving support from the developer, it is worth a try asking support if you could help with a resolution.

Hello,
I am having trouble in wordpress. I want to add a welcome sidebar instead of a static page. I have been provided instructions from the theme provider of my blog (T
Suggestion: You may want to add your code inside the Ad Inserter plugin, as you do not want to edit your themes files directly as you will lose your changes when the theme updates or if you change your theme.
It seems the code you have is trying to inject PHP where it doesn't belong which is inside an HTML container, though I could be wrong because the screenshot image is too small to read the corrupt text.
I just opened one image in a different window. I was able to blow it up and see better. Still somewhat blurry, but way more visible. Not sure if you are able to do the same, but thanks for your reply.

I tried but my eyesite is poor because of my diabetes. I need another set of glasses and I just got these in February.

Use the Free Online Image Editor. This will help you put an image in a frame or you can add a mask, add borders, round corners lets you edit images! Resize or Crop all images. Manipulate images with the editor. Add Text with your own fonts to an image.

Hi Edmond,
Thanks for taking the time to help with the screenshots. However,
I believe that the tutorial is for inserting an image into a page or post.
I am in need of assistance for centering a featured image on my welcome page. The desktop version looks too spacey at this time. I looked at the instructions, but I do not have the centre option because it's different from adding an image within a post.
Thanks so much,
Terese
Ok what you could try is create the page add the Feature. At the top of the page add the Same picture as a add media and centre where you
want it centred.
You can go back and start all over from WA site content and create the page from there.
I think features is just clip to let people know what they will see when they come into your page.
I hope this helps.
For me what i would do is add my picture as add media, and centre where I want to and add my Feature then edit - regenerate thumbnails then check the box that says - skip regenerating existing correctly sized thumbnails faster. It will cropped to fit. 150 x 150. or 100 x 100. Then hit the blue Regenerate Thumbnails. So on the main page I get a small picture of my self and my normal one.
You need to login to WordPress, clock on Pages, locate the page you’re using as your static page and click edit. Click on the image and then on the centre option.
Hi Chyrstopher,
Thanks for your reply. I do not have a center option within my settings. Am I missing something? I have included screenshots following your instructions. Not sure if I need to update WordPress or what the issue could be. Thanks.
Terese
Ahh ok, this is the featured image, not an inserted image within the page/post.
Usually, your theme will tell you how wide the image must be, so that it fills the full width of the page. It looks like this image is too small and they it is portrait and not landscape.
You can either change the image, or you can apply custom CSS to override the settings.
Before doing this, just double check the options when going to Appearance -> Customise.

This may be a menial or even dumb question, but does anyone know what this means? I tried to google, but not getting any answers. Just started seeing the icon
Hi
Uncategorized means you did not assign your post to a certain category. Categories is something you can create yourself and assign a post to.
Hope this clarifies your question a bit.

I do not know or i do not understand the question. Hope someone will do and respond to you.
