Great job. I am going thru them a second time. Set the speed up on the videos and picked up alot I missed the first time thru. Your site looks good. Are you doing the keto thing? How many carbs are you tolerating. I can stay in ketosis with about 60 carbs/day. I do it 6 days a week, then have me a few carbs on sundays.

Great website, very clean, easy navigation and great information for your readers. The one thing that jumps out at me is the need for images.

These images can be in the form of a banner inside your post, on the side bar etc.

Featured images for each article not only will easy on the eye from reading all the literature but also get additional traffic from places like Pinterest, Instagram, Facebook etc.

As far as monetizing your website, Banners to products, product reviews like the supplements you might have taken and can give your honest opinion to readers interested.

Also bodybuilding.com is vibrant site that people will dig in deeper because of its layout, navigation and enticing products. I would study this site some and even find out what keywords they are using that you might be able to use in your content too.

This is called reverse-engineering the top sites in niche to give you invaluable information and strategies already done for you by someone else.
