why does does my domain still have wealthy affiliate nameserver address even though I changed it?
do you mean the siterubix domain and if yes, then you need to transfer this site to your new .com domain
I hope this helps

Can you offer a bit more detail? I'm assuming you had a free site at siterubix.com and that you've registered your own domain. If that's the case did you move the site to the new domain?
You should note that a forward will be Putin place from the old address to the new so both will actually work.
I believe I might have to wait it out. Apparently when any name server change occurs it can take several hours ? Before urls work
If you're transferring a domain from another host or registrar then, yes, it takes time for that transfer to happen. Once the domain is at WA, you can then move your site to it.

Getting auth error when ftp-ing to my page ... Is there port I need to open in order to connect?
if you are using a domain why not try the file manager plugin - enabling ftp type access from within your dashboard
check out the training by marion black for more details.
might also work with siterubix.
good luck
phil
laast time i tried it - a few months ago before the latest large update here filezilla worked ok with the info from sitemanager

I use Filezilla https://filezilla-project.org/ If I recall correctly, I contacted Site Support who sent me details like a password, etc
