I am going through the keyword research in my first course and the Jaaxy shows me as a starter. When I hit upgrade it offers paid versions. Can you upgrade me please?
As a premium member you only have access to the lite version of Jaaxy inside WA - if you want the pro or enterprise versions you need to pay for those

I realize that however it is showing me as a Starter. it is not giving me access to the Lite. Also I would upgrade to Premium Plus in order to have Enterprise + WA benefits before I would upgrade on their site. Unless of course the training I'm going through is outdated.

Hi Tom sometimes there can be a lag when we first upgrade to premium, give it a little time and it should rectify its self automatically.
Or failing that get hold of site support and they will sort it out for you. As members, we can not do anything on the platform's back end.
