We all want recognition from our peers (though we may not want to admit it), but it's part of being human, so it's OK..

I woke up early to work on the site and noticed that in your face, blue reverse block number had dropped to 38. I did not do anything outstanding on WA, so so I looked further and was first to write this https://my.wealthyaffiliate.com/technismart/blog/k... and many blog posts were to follow from others...

Good sports like Sonia and Paul ( and many more) who took it in their stride. While others, well, you know...

So Member ranking has been back in the news and we all saw the ranking system blow up. So what! At least the Google Ranking system didn't blow up!

Carson agreed, it must have been aliens. @bobtosh a.k.a. Mr. Spock was elated with the prospect of proof of extraterrestrial beings :) manipulating our member ranking system and readily confirmed our suspicions.

MASTERMIND IDENTIFIED!!!

We caught the creature in your server room and is believed to be behind the now infamous WA Ranking Hack of 2016 (for the benefit of new members--now known as RANKHACK16). It (the life form) has now been turned over to Area 51. Wait a minute, they don't officially exist any more, and never did, isn't that right, Mulder and Scully?

But here is a secret:

HELP PEOPLE GET WHAT THEY WANT AND YOUR RANKING WILL DROP LIKE A STONE.

Help people, lots of people. Help them to get what they want, just like Zig said... and guess what? You get what you want in life.

So back to the story... (or theory)

Tonight before retiring, I see that number in my face, which I have stopped looking at since that dreadful in WA annals which we will not refer to again by name (alien invasion--there, I said it) and Kyle and Carson are still there in their deserved and rightful places. so is KatyMac, Jay, Loes, Peej, yep, it's all good this time. (well, maybe)

Oh no, I just remember they are all off at Vegas getting those cool pens and what-nots.

Then I think, is it possible... Have those life forms sent a reconnaissance craft while the server room was at its most vulnerable, again while all the happenings in Las Vegas were staying in Las Vegas. (including those gorgeous pens--a picture please)

OK, I'm leaving this for @bobtosh Jimbo, Jimbob, Mr. Spock, Clown or whatever personna he decides to morph into at the particular time-space-continuum he is presently traversing. Well whoever he is, he can look into this curious case that may need to reopened, unofficially of course. And that's an order from The Admiral.(there is only one) Enough buffoonery...
