If you have both websites hosted at WA then you can use the Move tool to transfer the entire content of the old website to the new one.

Janet, your page is new and google site trust has not yet been established, so google is not ranking you on the first 20 pages. With time, and lots more pages/posts, your site will gain trust from google, they will rank you higher and you will start to see more traffic. Your page looks good, and you are giving out good information. Be patient and keep writing good content and it will happen for you.

It takes a while. The best suggestion is to go to site support and give them full details.
