I am pretty sure you both can be logged into your WA account at the same time. Best thing is to test :) you can both log in and if one of you gets booted out then you know.
But he doesn't have to log into your WA account to work on the website. Just create a new admin user for that website and he can log into the site without going through WA. How to Create a New User in Wordpress
yes and you can do but you don't have to - you do have the option to log into your dashboard without accessing WA.
Just go to http://yoursitename.com/wp-admin/ and enter your user name and password.

Steve, I'm not sure if you discovered already but type in sitemap in the search box above within WA and you'll see plenty of good content. By the way, your question peaked my interest that lead me to search also, so thanks!
yes Paul, i did see them but they looked at bit old, Kyles posts were from 2014 so i just jumped in and asked the question fresh ;)
Go to your all in one SEO inside your Admin Area.. click Feature Manager option... There you will see an icon for your sitemap .. make sure it is activated..
Once it is activated it will be presented under the All in One SEO tab... click it .. and it will give you all the details..

thx Chris, do i have to pick a schedule? if i pick no schedule will it just update every time? also, is it important to have a link to my sitemap on the menu anywhere?
also, do i need the robot.txt ... and while we are at it, what options do you think i need from all the choices on the feature manager page inside SEO? thx for your help, i am very new to this ;)

Looks like I need some sort of way to build a list of customers from the people who visit my site but I don't want to spend too much money in these early days of the blog.

seems they have made mailchimp intergration a premium feature :(
I'm not exactly sure where that leaves my previously installed intergration myself, then again ive not worked on the website in question for some time so i never noticed until now.

I never had to upgrade to intergrate mailchimp,
I shall check this out and get back to you on it,
My initial thoughts are sumoMe may have made some changes over the past few months.
SumoMe is asking me to upgrade to pro ($19) before i can link to mailchimp or others :(
is there anyway i can start to build a subscriber list for free?
how can i view my list in SumoMe?
you can intergrate mailchimp within sumoMe using the dashboard on sumoMe,
Once you set up an Email opt- in form on your site with sumo me, all your opt-ins will automatically go to your mailchimp account you set up within sumoMe.

Mailchimp (as already suggested) and Mailerlite, both provide you free mails upto a limit. Both are good for starters and will keep working as you continue to grow.

I would suggest you go with Mailchimp Steve. I do know that it is free up to your first 500 subcribers. I use Aweber, but that is a 50 per month subscription.
You can find some mailchimp tutorials on Youtube, just search: Mailchimp for wordpress
