I would like to make my website bilingual. Is there a tool to do so? If so where can I find it?

It seems I did not explain myself well. I am wanting to create a website with one page in one language and another in the other language switching between the 2.

I have to disagree with Barry on this. While there is the translate facility available as Barry says, it is not all that good and certainly not perfect.
I don't know if there is a widget to do this but it would be a great way to make your site truly bilingual and would give you control over the translation.
I have just done a google search and it does come up with some interesting results. Take a look. "wordpress bilingual plugin"

That would be really cool if you could use a widget or button directly on your site to go back and forth between the two languages. There are a lot of people who wouldn't know where to get Google' s translated and it wouldn't be as convenient.
You do not really need to as there is a translator tool within Google and you can go to any website and then translate it to any language you want so you do not need to worry about that

That is a great question! When you say bilingual do you mean each page will be in two languages? or are you looking to create a page in one language and a link to another page that is in the other language?

Well, it is yes and no, Orlando. I found that there were some Plugins I could use and I was planning to try one of them. But I decided to focus on one language first and once that version becomes successful, then I will create a site in the other language. Thank you for asking though.
