how to get my money back. Refund needed.
You have no refund coming to you, you are a starter member and starter memberships are free.
As the others have pointed out, you are a starter member and would not have paid for anything. Additionally, there are NO refunds even if you become a premium member. Thats why there is a free membership for you to try things out before you invest into the premium membership.

Hey Tony - no point calling me a jackass on my profile about you wanting a refund. Of course I removed your childish remark.
As it stands your profile shows you are a free member and free members don't pay for their memberships.
Instead of name calling contact the billing department at wealthy affiliate and they will confirm that free members have no refund option. https://www.wealthyaffiliate.com/contact/
