That or something similar to that has happened to one of my three sites as well. Simply click the lightblue SiteRubix button and at the top, click on the support button. choose to report a website issue, choose your website's name and let them know ... they will get on it quickly.

So I just got my website, bought the domain, started the build and tried to do the lesson about beginning the site: taking down the dummy post/comment, setting it up and activa
As others have mentioned. The plugin is free. They do have a premium paid version of the plugin, but I would not recommend getting it. The plugin should operate just fine with the free version
The plugin theory is simple everyone is not your friend. They work by theme, other plugins and control. There is you try one out and doesn't work go to the next. There are three good ones for every case.
If it's the SEO plugin Kyle suggests in lessons here you do not have to upgrade to premium. What is the name of the plugin?
it says all in 1 SEO pack and I thought the plug in was included in the initial lesson, activating and setting up the website but its telling me to pay at least 80 bucks. I took a screen shot. I think it is the same one- I followed the steps in the video...
this is so frustrating for those of us techie challenged
