I am cancelling my account and I got billed already yesterday. Where can I refund it?
This is disgusting, I canceled my PayPal both ends and my card details weren't even on my account. I was planning to leave after five years recommending them and believing they're an awesome company. It's time for me to move on to my local business so I didn't want to carry this on. Yet they've taken money out of my bank account $299. I asked them how did they do it, they said I had credit card details on my account...bla bla not true! And I don't even have a credit card.
They lied...
And, now if I cancel my account myself I'm sure i won't get a refund and the commissions that i'm owed.
This is shitty and I'm now pissed off...

Your Wealthy Affiliate billing profile is set to bill on "monthly" or "yearly" recurring intervals. At any time, you may cancel your recurring billing and retain access to Wealthy Affiliate until the end of the current billing cycle. You are under no obligation or contract to continue your membership at Wealthy Affiliate and you have full control over your billing and payments.

Hi for some reason Carson contacted me and gave me my refund, it's in my bank account today. I feel lucky because I googled it and saw others complained of the same problem with no luck. I don't know what to suggest other than contact support and tell them how you feel. I messaged them every day so maybe they got tired of me. Just in case cancel automatic payments in PayPal, your bank and on Wa. Hope that helps.

Anyways, it's nice to hear you had success with this which makes me hopeful!! But I'm also still worried since I see more negatives than positive outcomes from people. All I know is I was NOT anticipating that money gone, so it's screwed over my whole budget plan at a not so good time of year. Grrr. Either way, it was not my intention to renew, I did not elect for auto-renewal and received no form of warning that it would be being billed!

they also don't do any of what they said it's all a scam and I don't have money to be messing around like that this isn't right. zero help on the technical part too. they claim if you need help blah blah blah those people all for the money. they are crooks you see their sites all set up and running but supposedly anytime you need help ain't no one going to help even on the support bull crap they talk about is not TRUE!!!!

Kyle will not reply your message on this subject. I had same problem, i tried contacting Kyle with several emails to no avail, right from the very minute i was notified of the payment after i cancelled my premium payment. Not even a mere response to explain anything. Meanwhile, they keep shouting, they don't need your money, they want to help you make money...blablabla.....They are a scammer in disguise.

There is no scam. This is premium WordPress hosting with free SSL and training every step of the way. When I joined I had a free week to check out the platform and noticed that there is a place to cancel membership right in account settings but this site is too invaluable for my internet marketing business. If you learn the affiliate program, all you need is 3 paying memberships signing up under you then you will be making money monthly.
i not joined here for free may be its not scam but its only for newbee who dont know anything about seo,digital marketing .i just want my hard earned money. i just dont want to join a community or forum .
If you can't get a refund, which I think will be the case, just give it another month and see how you feel about WA. If then, nothing has changed, cancel. Something within you made you take the step to come on in, I know it's not easy but it will be well worth it in the end to stick with this!

I guess there is no refund. We have a 7-day-free trial, no credit cards needed, so why should there be a refund. Maybe other answers say something different...

Ok, so You forgot to cancel before You got billed. Usually You can go into Your PayPal account and can control all Your transactions from there. If there is a way to get a refund, I don't know. Better to reach out to Carson or Kyle.

The new membership plans for WA have only two: Free and Premium.
You decide on which membership plan to join. Most use the FREE membership to get to know a little about WA before making the $ commitment.
With the free membership you have limited access to tools and courses. But, there is enough training materials with the free membership to have a website up and running. You get two free websites before having to make the just into premium.
All this time, you are deciding if you make the big jump to premium. This is a great feature. When I joined I did not have the Free option that is available today.
If you like what to see, go premium to get access to lots of other stuff to help make you into a successful online marketer. This is the goal of WA. If you put in the time, patience, and focus, you will be successful.
WA leadership team is very clear on how this is accomplished. YOU! Only you can determine if you will become successful. If you do not like it here at WA, you can call it quits with no questions asked. No money put out. You had a free opportunity to see what is required to earn money online.
I hope this was helpful. The bottom line here at WA is the individual. No one will do the work for you, but, with so many people at WA they are willing to give you help and asked. Where can you get this from any other online course and not have to spend a dime!
