I presume you paid for an annual subscription last year, and it has now renewed. As per the terms and conditions of this platform, by upgrading to premium, you agreed to automatic payments and there are no refunds. However, if you believe you have good cause, please put your explanation on Kyle's profile page.
You also need to cancel your account. Click on your profile photo, go to account settings and membership. Click cancel billing.
