My debit number has changed and I need to change my card on file to the new number and I am not sure where that is Please if any body can help. Thank alot

I have given two different emails for jaxxy and now i have been restricted. Please tell me there is a way to fix this:(
It was the free version and they said I was restricted. I text there customer service but they still have not replied back to me yet. Thanks, I will ask Kyle.
Was this for the pro version or the free version? Did you use up your free searches or does Jaaxy just not let you in? Kyle or Carson should be able to handle this.
