Getting Back To Normal
Today was a day of recovery and getting back to a normal routine. Irma has passed and all that is left of her is the clean up. Thankfully it was not as bad as expected.
I am setting things up so that tomorrow I give WA more of my time. I have been so preoccupied the past few days that I have been neglecting my duties here, my duties at home, and my commitment to others. About all that I have gotten done is clear my emails, check on my site a few times, make a few phone calls and twiddle my thumbs. I am not used to down time so this is a first for me. I will be glad to get back to the normal flow of things.
As I watch the news and see all the destruction left behind by Irma, my heart goes out to all those that have suffered from the fury of Irma, and Harvey. The dynamic duo struck with a vengeance and left a calling card that will forever be remembered.
I want to take this time to thank all of you here that sent prayers and well wishes my way. It meant everything to me. I do not know how I would feel without the support of this wonderful community. Never doubt that I love each and every one of you and that I am here for you if you ever need me. Thanks so much!!!!
Now, I am going to end this post and get back to my WA doings and hope that tomorrow will bring a day full of hope and energy that will bring comfort to those in need.

Prayed so hard for you and yours, Tammi. At one point in checking in on you I could hear the high and deadly winds howling in the background over the phone.

The main thing Tammi is that you and your love ones are safe. Everything else will fall into place.
So glad for you, that you are safe and that things didn't turn out as bad as you thought it might! That was an amazing turn of events, to say the least. Anything 400 mi in diameter was a monster! We, out West of you feared that 'she' would wipe you all off the face of the earth, or drastically change the shape of our continent!
Be safe and prepared for saving your site and whatever else. I have yet to study the posts given here about that. I feel pretty safe in my little corner, for now.

Hey Tammi, So glad you are o.k. It's a scary feeling not knowing what to expect. I think lots of prayers were answered to prevent much more damage than initially expected. Blessings.
