I used divi for my first site, bit of a learning curve. Since then have discovered elementor and I love it. Elementor have tons of training vids on YouTube as well.

Yeah, Elementor was on my radar, but I discounted it due to the renewal cost. having to buy a theme every year to keep it up to date doesn't sit well with me.
Divi; I'd go lifetime
Architect; I'd do a single site, but its a lifetime licence.

Guys, I am writing some articles for my website. I came across Rapid Writer, there seems to be a Keyword Density tool.
So, I get that it means how many
Keyword is a metric of the percentage of overall keywords you are using compared to the total number of words in your article. Google measures this as it will penalize you for "keyword stuffing".
I get the whole content quality argument and keywords should be used naturally.
I am wondering, what the use of this tool is for? It's great to know that I have that particular word in my article 27 times at 2.5% but why would I need to know this?
Is it to identify overuse or to optimise articles? if so, is there a benchmark?
or am i just totally overthinking this?
You are pretty much on target, it's so you can monitor overuse. Don't quote me on this, but I believe you I remember an expert say you need to stay below 3%.

Today I was doing some keyword digging and I've spend some time watching the videos that say 'go for correct grammar' which I totally agree.
Although, today I came across
Hi Martin, I found a number of keywords in my niche which are incomplete sentences.
e.g. how to take quality photos with a
Low QSR, reasonable traffic. I like them as I can adapt them easily to what I want to write about. In the above example I could finish with DSLR, Camera, phone the list goes on.
Good luck with your keyword search, hope you uncover a few more hidden gems. :)

The first one "What is the rewards..." I would think it should be 'what are the rewards', depending on the context. Not sure how the second one is supposed to be used

I was just searching keywords. as a spoken term the above keyword is incorrect. learn to trade on forex isn't correct.
learn to trade on forex markets would be but the search volume for the incorrect one is amazing and a very low QSR.
I don't know if I am lucky or naive. :)
There is a different between something shortened like the example you gave and a grammatical error. The grammatical error is a fluke, in a sense, and may result in unrealistic results. In the example you gave, I imagine that people choose to leave off the term markets. This is a search choice which makes the word keyword numbers reliable.
