St Patrick's day thought

We can learn from all sorts of people in this world.

So here's some things we could learn from St Patrick.

Not the St Patrick that is celebrated with green beer and green clothes or wee leprechauns leaping all over.

The St Patrick I am thinking about lived over 1600 years ago. He was a good kid but sure didn't care much about his father's religion or beliefs.

Then something terrible happened. He was captured by Pirates from Ireland. Boy, that got his attention.

But despite been a slave he worked hard for his captor tending the sheep in his care - that got him noticed. Patrick did that by trying to live by the faith his father taught him.

Eventually Patrick escaped and returned to Britain. He became a Priest and eventually felt called to go back to Ireland because he had grown to love and care for them. He felt that he could bring them hope.

So what can we learn from this man that has to do with success today.

1. No matter how rough life is for you what will make a difference is doing the best you can right where you are today.

Even though Patrick was a slave he became the best shepherd he could be. People take note of the good you do.

People are also more likely to listen to you when they know that you really care.

2. When you put your heart into your work and do it to benefit others you will be surprised how much you can accomplish.

Ireland was forever changed because of St Patrick's effort.

It takes time to build an online business. Don't be frustrated because you are not in a good place right.

Do the very best you can right where you are. In time your situation will improve and you website will improve.

Do you want to be successful. Put your heart into your effort. Do the best you can and work on improving your best.

Well I have taken enough of your time. Just know that nothing is impossible for those who do their best at whatever they do.

Put your heart into your work because you care for those who you are trying to help.

Have a blessed day and share your thoughts in the comment section, always love to hear back from you.

You can't beat a pint of Guinness on St Patrick's day, we can lose sight of what it is all about, thank you for the reminder, Ray.

That little difference can lead to great attainments, now imagine if everyone was making a small difference in this world. I love the history lesson in this post, Ray, Let today's celebrations go through the whole year 🙏🌞

Good post, and good suggestion. If we make even a small difference, we can feel a sense of accomplishment.

Love that story and excellent lesson, Ray.

The day for my family was a celebration of joy in living. My dad used to say, "Life give us both treasure and trials so we learn to live with both."
