Just wanted to share a little something I am learning to use to help me plan and become more productive. This app is called "Notion" you can download and try this app - it's free - at https://www.notion.so/ It is an all-in-one work space to "Write, plan, collaborate, and get organized".

I have tried using the old-fashioned "to-do" lists. My wife is very good at writing down lists every day to help her focus on what she wants to do each day. I have tried it but I usually end up with a pile of lists that are all over the place and if I am somewhere else other than my desk in the study I forget what I put down. It works for her but for me I need something better.

The problem is that trying to organize a list that you can follow for a month or two is overwhelming and I always lose something somewhere. If this works for you then bless your heart, keep using it.

Thinking I am so much smarter, at least on computers and smart phones, I tried the "Microsoft To-Do" app. It was free on my computer and I could download it onto a phone or tablet, this was great. Except for one thing, It only shows a task list for one day at a time and the next day I would have to start all over and try to remember what I didn't do. Still this didn't help me plan.

In reading another blog the author mentioned keeping up with their progress with "Notion." It sparked my interest and so I did check it out, downloaded it on my computer and my phone.

There are a number of videos on how to use notion to improve your productivity, here is the one I started with -

There are many other videos on YouTube so learning to use this comprehensive productivity tool is easy if you will invest a little time.

I am a beginner with this but I have to admit this app is amazing. I have already been able to set up a keyword list and blog ideas list as well as a task list that I can update daily. I have only been using it a few weeks so I may not be able to answer a lot of questions, BUT--

If you want a way to help you be more productive I wholeheartedly recommend that you give it a go.

I know that building a successful online business is well-worth your effort. It takes a lot of hard work, not digging in the dirt or shoveling coal kind of work, but the kind of work that causes you to stretch your brain to create something out of nothing.

I root for everyone here, newbies and old timers, this community is great for anyone who wants to break into the unlimited possibilities of online marketing. It doesn't matter if you are computer-literate or not, this opportunity is for all.

But success takes a willingness to find and use any tool possible to help you overcome competition, and this tool "Notion" I believe will help you.

Disclaimer - No I don't get a dime if you download this app.

I know what it is like to struggle to learn and apply all this knowledge that is spread around this community and any tool I can find that helps others is well worth recommending.

May your journey be blessed and your load lightened.

Thanks for sharing this organizational tip.
I hope I can implement it soon to help me stay on track.

Give it a shot, it took me a little to figure it out, but I'm a little slow with some tech.

Glad to help Sandy.

I do a lot of reminders on my Google calendar and you can save this for the whole week or more at a time. I will look at the app see what it is like.
I use notes on my Iphone a lot and transfer this to my calendar.
Just my way right now.
Good idea to see other ways and apps though.

Sorry the video I added did not show up on the blog but you can find it at YouTube it's called. "Your First Day with Notion | A Beginner's Guide"
