HOPE for 2020
I just wanted to share some thoughts as I worked through the first week of 2020. I made it a goal to share with this community every week of the year - so here goes.
I cannot say that this week has been very fruitful, but it has been a good week. My method of attack has changed since last year.
I have been starting each day with reading. Not Facebook, or emails but reading something inspiring. My book this week is "Reaching Millennals". If you are young, this book would be worthless, but since I am an old guy it is really helping me rethink a lot of what I assumed was right or wrong.
Another Goal or I should say "habit" I have chosen to work on is to write something every day. You would think that I would have this down by now but I am still working towards being faithful to write something each day. I feel good about this.
I have started several new articles as well as done more research to improve my writing ability - Above all I want to connect with those who read my articles.
I did some more Bootcamp training, taking it slow but enjoying learning about this new area. Completed phase one and started on phase two.
Every day I try to spend some time reading the blogs, I have to be more selective in responding or else I get caught up in this area which leaves less time working on my existing websites or training.
I am trying not to focus on ranking here. Instead, my focus has been trying to encourage or help within the community. I still struggle not to worry about whether my rank goes up or down, but I am trying to be better.
HOPE - is my word for 2020. Every day I work at improving - my hope builds.
WA is a great place, I am so thankful for Kyle, Carson, Jay, all the Ambassadors who excel at helping and a whole bunch of you who provide encouragement and help every time I check in.

That is my struggle too Wanda, I love to read and hear how everyone is doing, it is good but sometimes I forget to actually do some work towards my goals.

You cannot reach a Millennal unless you call them on their Iphone24 (or whatever number they are up to}. They never look up from that screen the whole time they are awake.
Why did we not ever need rotary phone updates every year?
Lol. Those old phones never needed updates. Yes, they keep track of everything on their phones. It is part of their sense of community. But there is hope for them, just as there was hope for me when I was young and thought I knew everything.
