Be Teachable
Lately I have been thinking about something that happened long ago. I was faced with a new
challenge, it overwhelmed me but I didn't back off, I choose to be teachable.
I have been around this platform for a while and I have noticed that many people start but soon give up because it is not as easy as it looks to build a successful online enterprise.
Sure, all the WA training provides a way, and it does it very well, but for one to work through the training, they must be teachable.
If you start with the attitude that looks for shortcuts and don't concern your self with learning you are bound to fail.
There are people like that in every area of life, focusing on quick fixes, and looking for shortcuts. If you really want to be successful, be teachable. Learn to love to learn.
What helped me early on is that love to learn attitude that made me teachable. And that attitude still helps me today no matter what new thing I try.

If I have learned anything from the problems we face today with this virus that has seemingly affected every area of life is that to make it through this I must learn new ways of doing things.
If your new to this platform don't let all the unknowns scare you away. Anyone can do this but those who are curious, willing to learn, and ready to be teachable are the ones that can make it work and work well.
I admit that I am a slow learner. Some who started here have done well already but that is OK too, we all learn at different speeds. Don't let being a slow learner hold you back. Stay teachable.
Start from where you are and work towards what you want to become. And one day you will realize your dreams.

I have always been told that I am a quick learner ever since I was a kid. If it was sports or working with my hands i always was one of the best if not the best specially at soccer. One thing I was a little slow at was math until I went to college and had a math teacher that opened my eyes like a light in a dark room. I was only a few marks from getting an A and I wasn't trying hard . This teacher made it that easy.
Human beings always look for an easy way to do things take credit cards for example when they were first introduced in the early 70's they took off even though some people mismanaged them and had problems paying them off with the high interest, yet they are still as strong as ever today specially with covid touchless pay😎👌
Now the problem I have is I need traffic to my site in order to have traffic according to some big money makers at WA you need about 50 or more good posts to get some traffic hopefully if it's an interesting site.
Now according to most affiliate sites if you don't have any sales they cancel you after 4 or 5 months so it's a catch 22 no content no traffic no traffic no affiliates which in wa's case is the name of the game.
So this leaves me stuck at lesson 3 or should i just keep doing the lessons even though I have no traffic and just keep re applying for these affiliates?
This I don't think is in my case a learning problem correct me if I am wrong.
Now I have had success with google guides writing about restaurants and businesses giving them a ranking as to how good they are, I have had over a 100,000 views on my post's in one year which are not that long and include a few pictures , heck google even sent me a pair of cool socks which I thought was funny but it was an ackowledgement of some kind of success and I'm a level 6 google guide😜🙄
So Ray your an old timer here at WA what is your take on my rant ha ha ? Any suggestions?

Hi John, I guess I am an old timer around here. Look, it is not easy but it is possible if you keep moving ahead and adding posts to your site.
That is one of the thing I love about the training here. In each section there is a part about writing content. If you write in a way that helps the reader your site will start getting traffic because people go back to the sites that help them.
Believe me it is worth it all in the endl There is no better way than WA. All others will promise you everything but diliever nothing.
Keep learning, keep adding content to your site and I believe you will do well.

Well said! Many people are surprised when this turns out to be actual work. They do want shortcuts and are willing to pay $1000 or more for something that promises overnight success rather than the small fees that WA charges if it means that they don't have to actually work.
They fail at that too.
Doesn't matter if you learn slowly or quickly, the only important thing is that you learn. Do the work, enjoy the success.
